This coffee presents an incredibly balanced and interesting sweet red fruit tasting. Wilton's approach to processing coffee show cases how fermentation can make things really, really sweet. This coffee rocks as a single origin and works perfect for the strawberry and chocolate part of this blend

#2: El Salvador Red Bourbon from Gerardo Caceres

If you've had this El Salvador either this year or in years past, you know how lively and zippy this coffee tastes. It's a vivid, complex red fruit which created a true cherry/tart impact to the blend. Another coffee that knocks peoples socks off as a complex single origin coffee
