About The Coffee:

Nestled in the fertile soils of Santo Antônio do Amparo, in the heart of Brazil's Campo das Vertentes region, Fazenda Guariroba is a testament to generations of coffee-growing passion. With a history dating back to the 19th century, the farm is now managed by the innovative Gabriel Lamounier Vieira, a chemist who constantly experiments with new coffee processes.

Their double fermentation coffee is a true reflection of this dedication to innovation. Carefully selected cherries undergo a unique two-stage fermentation process. First, they are fermented in a "guariroba yeast" for 36 hours in an anaerobic environment, then they complete a pulped-natural processing and then do another 36-hour stage in an aerobic environment. This meticulous process results in a cup profile that is both complex and captivating. Truly one of the most unique and interesting profiles we've had to date.
